When working through The Immortal Citadel quest, my buddy and I last night were playing together, and after defeating Harton and Zerrick, Yulia and the Immortal Emperor are just standing there doing nothing. The first time I completed the fight with Harton and Zerrick, I spoke with Yulia and wasn’t really paying attention to what she said, and was clicking through her dialogue. Suddenly, she opened a portal to the past, she disappeared, and the Immortal Emperor was just standing there still (but this time covered in ice shards or something). So, naturally we took the portal and went on with our lives. After a few min though, I noticed the questline was still stuck at “Survive the Immortal Emperor!” So, we went back and did the fight again and waited a few minutes before talking to Yulia… but experienced the same thing. After that, I tried closing the game, re-opening, and doing the quest solo but got the same result. Today, I did the quest again and am currently sitting in the room still after Yulia disappeared, but - you guessed it - still have the same issue.
UPDATE - after walking through the portal this time, the quest did in fact complete for me. Odd that it took 4 tries, but I think this is all set and can be closed. Thanks!
