Surge : Fulmination and storm battery interaction

If I gather 10 dormant stacks with Storm Battery and if I consume them all by using surge when the CD is up, with 4 points in fulmination node, will the game consider :

  • I have spent 10 times 1 stack → giving me 10 stacks of fire aura ?
  • I have spent 1 time all my stack → giving me 1 stack of fire aura ?

You will gain one stack of fire aura per stack of Dormant Energy consumed.
And you will always consume all stacks at once.

So with 10 Stacks of Dormant Energy and 4 Points in Fulmination you will gain 10 Stacks of Fire Aura.
