Why is the 3d art so low quality…and just odd looking? For a paid MTX its unreal how bad the styling is and just overall quality.
For something that is a revenue generator how do you not have a good team of 3d artist developing high quality MTXs?

Unfortunately, I must agree.
EHG, your competition is two AAA business (GGG & Activision). When compared to them, the ratio between your prices and the quality of the product is simply abysmal. You guys must invest more ressources into your MTX if you want to see a better source of income.
So here some suggestions :
Better looking VFX / SFX. In retrospect, you’re asking the price of an ultimate skin in League of Legends and you’re offering the equivalent of a basic-tier skin in League of Legends. You should offer skins that react to your environment / actions. Much like what POE offers with their Eldritch Supporter Pack (Kills transform you) or their Shackled Immortal Armor Pack (Lower HP transform you)
Better looking 3D model. It looks bad. Maybe it’s the way you guys showcase them but you need to find a way to make them look about 15% - 30% better looking.
