I have been gone a good long while,. I am wondering if I now have to buy the game on top of paying initially as a supporter? Thanks in advance for reply.
All of the current supporter packs include the game & buying it on steam gives the first supporter pack. Not sure which pack you had.
All the previous packs also came with the game too.

I just fired up old puter that game was on and updated, it allows me to log in via the correct email, which I did not post under here, sorry for that, I didnt realize that was diff email than my steam account. If I log into forums on the right email, will it allow me to d/l game? It is a diff email than my steam account one, which is what I used here.

I should mention, it allows me to log in directly to game, but not on Steam. Steam wants me to still buy it. And I would like to play on the new puter, so need to d/l it here.
If you log in to the LE website (not the forums) then yes.
You can then link your steam account to LE & download/play it via steam.
