I just bought the newest supporter pack(Fractured Legend), only missing the Primal Legend upgrade from Vanquisher and I thought I have all the supporter packs but then I see people in this forum that have a lot of badges… are there any more supporter pack that I’ve missed? or is it only just community badges

Packs get phased out after a while. You usually only have 3 supporter packs “cycles” active at any time. I expect that a couple weeks into Season 4 they’ll phase out the oldest supporter pack (Season 1’s pack which should be either the Abyssal or the Eternal ones, I think).
The people in the forums with loads of badges bought supporter packs consistently over the years.

Just to point out that supporter packs being sold via steam is a relateively new thing, so I think that there should still be one supporter pack available to buy in-game that isn’t available on steam, I think.
I can’t be sure, though, so just check it to be safe.
