Summoned Vines from Eterra's Path not affected by Spriggan Form passives

With Eterra’s Path equipped you have a chance to cast summon vine every 20 seconds. If it procs only one non buffed vine is summoned despite nodes in Spriggan Form tree.
If it is not a bug it should be clearly described in item information.

UPD: Entangling Roots summond via Eterra’s Path works fine gaining all bonuses from skill passive nodes.
