Legendary Bite has 6 levels. But Tooltip stays the same as level 1 no matter now many points are spent in it. It’s missing the blue scaling text. I assume when you made changes you forgot to update the tooltip properly.
Note I have no idea if it scales or not since I increased minion damage with passive tree before I spotted this.
