Get a character that can summon two wolves.
Log in.
Immediately summon the first wolf.
Expected: Wolf is summoned
Actual: Intermittently, the summon spell does not cast until you move first.
Once you have your first wolf summoned, immediately try to summon a second wolf.
Expected: Second Wolf is summoned.
Actual: Character says “not possible”. The skill was probably on cooldown but the UI did not reflect that.
Wait a little while then try again to summon your second wolf. This time the wolf summons and the UI shows a cooldown.

This is a known issue with Summon Wolf if you’ve taken the Safety in Numbers node or have the Claw/Fang amulet equipped.
