Summon Vines tooltips inconsistent

The tooltips for Spriggan form’s Summon Vines skill are inconsistent between the tooltip on the skill when you are in Spriggan form:

And the tooltip on the Vine nodes (all of them give the same tooltip) on the skill tree:

The Skill bar tooltip appears to be correct, since it says that it summons 3 Vines (which it does) & has the poison chance underneath Attunement scaling.

Great, could you also include that the tooltip on razor vines should state that they lose the melee option, but still retains the poison ailment.

EDIT : and also the tooltip on razor vines goes up when equipping player physical/spell damage, which isnt the case in reality.
