Tried Summon spriggan on a few characters for consistent healing. On some the spriggan gains the 4% healing effectiveness per attunement and minion healing effectiveness stats, on other characters it does not. The bug seems to be per character as restarting game or resummoning them does not fix it or bug it out. It is easy to test as ones that work vs don’t, as it will give only the flat 10 (no skill ranks) or 34 (6 skill ranks) when bugged or 100 or so a second on non bugged character.
Edit: After further testing it does get the healing effect from idols and the tree, it just is not getting the 4% healing effectiveness from attunement that is stated in the tooltip.
