Video attached. When using Summon Skeleton Respawn nodes such as Sinatha’s Resurrection, Immortal and Unbound Necromancy the skeletons do not resummon properly when moving quickly through an area with Grave Passage. I tried to recreate this with Transplant but couldn’t replicate it so this may be skill specific, with Grave Passage this is 100% consistent though and always results in lost Skeletons, though this could be to do with travelling too far too quickly and only Grave Passage was fast enough.
This is pretty build destroying for any build that wishes to sacrifice skeletons to abilities while using the Skeletal Mage skill as their movement skill.
For clarity I am using a 39% chance Sinatha’s shield, the 40% Unbound Necromancy Necromancer passive node (5 points) and 4 points in the Summon Skeleton Immortal node (another 40%). Totalling 129% resummon chance which should cap at 100% additively given the description on the Undead Necromancy node (and certainly appears to from my testing as when stationary I never lose skeletons once the fight is over as they always correctly regen to my current limit of 8. I clarified in the video that using the items that summon minions to you on travel seemingly don’t make a difference either way but I don’t know enough about your code to suggest why that would be the case as my presumption was that teleporting minions to myself may help the problem by preventing them going too far off screen.
