Summon Skeleton - Bone Armor/Bone Share broken?

Summon Skeletons - Bone Armor and Bone Share seems like it could be usefull but as far as i can tell its not working.

Transplant increases armor and a orbiting bones animation.
Summon skeletons gives the same orbiting bones animation but no change to attributes.

Clip where i test Summon Skeletons and transplant.

It would be nice if EHG could confirm if this is bugged or not. I see the animation on myself but don’t see any indiction of armor gain with the character sheet or the left hand corner by the health bar. I assume it’s not working based on this and it’s a waste of a skill point.
