Hi. by default acolyte has maximum 3 skeletons for summon. But I’ve got body armor that grant me with +1 Skeleton. But wearing this armor does not affect on maximum skeletons I can summon (I can summon not more than 3 skeletons)

That’s +1 level to the Summon Skeleton skill, not an additional skeleton. An additional skeleton would say +1 Max Skeletons.
