Hello
The companion ability Venom nova from summon scorpion has part of it’s visuals hidden underground.
The initial nova can only be seen when standing near a ledge or on stairs.
This makes it hard to determine the distance needed to hit enemies.
The following projectiles of Venom Nova appear to work fine.

As you can see in the screenshot the nova is only visible half a meter underneath the scorpion so it just needs to be raised a bit
