Feedback/Suggestion for “Seeking Heart Arrow” Mechanic (02 Season):
I really enjoy the new Seeking Heart Arrow skill for league-starting—its mechanics are unique and fun. However, its mapping fluidity feels lacking. Here are two proposed adjustments to improve its gameplay flow:
- Pierce Interaction Rework:
Currently, the “Reflection” effect (where projectiles return) only triggers Pierce when killing enemies. This creates clunky pacing in high-tier content where enemies survive longer.
2.Suggestion:*
- Add a passive node (or modify existing ones) to allow Reflection to trigger Pierce during projectile return (not just on kills).
- For balance, cap it at 1 Pierce per 2 Reflections (e.g., “Reflected projectiles have 50% chance to Pierce”).
- Elemental Conversion for Pierce:
The physical-to-pierce playstyle limits build diversity.
4.Suggestion:*
- Introduce a new passive or keystone that converts Pierce’s physical damage partially or fully into Fire/Cold/Lightning (e.g., “Pierce damage converts 50% to a random element”).
These changes would retain the skill’s identity while smoothing out its combat rhythm and expanding its synergy with elemental builds.
