Suggestion : Rebuke and smelter wrath

I really like the idea of Rebuke and smelter wrath. The mechanic of charging then release is unique and interesting but the benefits of channeling as long as possible are, in my opinion, not worth it.

Currently the best way to use it is to put all the buff you can and spam it like a buff skill.
There was a few time where the protection while charging felt useful but the damage part doesn’t feel good, and some passive like “chance to ignite each sec” are not really useful.

Could it be possible for those skill to give some better buff but with a duration based on the time spend channeling? Maybe 2s + 50/100/150% of the this time ?
Smelter wrath could give flat fire damage bonus, while rebuke could give something juggernaut stance for a few sec (I don’t think the movement speed feels good with rebuke, to me it feels like it should slow us down).

And for multiplayer, it would be amazing if Rebuke was able to protect our allies, giving them a part of the %damage reduction while channeling, or having a better chance to take the aggro. Vengeance able to proc on near allies hit would be nice too.

Anyway, anything that can make Rebuke good enough to allow a build around it would make me happy.

I agree, though I did see a Forge Guard build that was about as AFK-ish as you can probably get having Rebuke on auto-cast.
