Suggestion of another 2 affixes section primarily for resources on gears

Currently there are prefixes and suffixes on gears, the prefixes are for offences and the suffixes are for defences. However there are some exceptions for example mana and mana regen, I believe majority of players would prefer other offence affixes (e.g. critical) rather than taking those mana affixes.
Hence I suggest creating a new 2 affixes section on gear that primarily focusing on resource affixes, for example health, mana, ward etc…
This would allow player to focus on offence and still able to take those resource affixes as they are both very important, thus allowing more flexible play style.

The point is having to choose.

I think what players want is to choose the better type of affix instead of being force to choose another affix because the better ones cannot be used together.
What I mean by choose the better type of affix is for example a health build would prefer to choose health over mana in the resource affixes section, or to choose critical over dot damage in the offence section.
The current situation I am talking about is players instead have to choose mana and give up damage.
The design goal should be allowing players to choose more appropriate affixes suitable for your build instead of choosing stronger affixes.
I dont believe any build exists that rely on mana but can give up on the damage prefixes.

The rule is simple: damage comes easy - always choose defense if available. :wink:
