There seem to be large contingents of the player base that want:
- Circle of Fortune to be buffed in some way
- Weaver’s Will uniques to be somewhat more deterministic
If these desires are something EHG is interested in exploring at all: why not allow CoF to have some control over how Weaver’s Will uniques evolve? Not only does it make sense thematically, but it would help CoF characters with quality control on at least some items (whereas now there is only quantity control). This would also probably lead to the Weaver’s Will mechanic being expanded, which I think a lot of people would like, myself included. I don’t have a specific mechanic in mind for how this system would work, but this connection seems pretty natural! Honestly I like CoF as is and don’t think it needs a buff, but this could be a pretty cool way to do it.
