This might be a weird suggestion for many people.
But would it be possible to have a setting where you change the animation of going through a portal to a static immage?
I have a balance disorder and right now I have to look away from the screen or get a vertigo attack with a chance of throwing up. Might be a small thing to just look away but when you instantly go into a bosses room it can be a problem

Hey there… This is not exclusive to someone who has a disorder… The time travel vortex is an issue for a LOT of people - everything from issues like yours where they feel physically really bad looking at it to others who (like myself) feel that its too long and superflous when there is a loading screen that still follows it…
The devs havent specifically mentioned what they will do, but based on all the feedback its likely they will offer some sort of change…
