Suggestion for sentinal's juggernaut stance

Given how many dots and debuffs are in the game, it’d be nice for there to be something like;

“chance when hit to send debuffs to nearby enemies” something like 1-10% (based on point investment).

“3%-30% of damage over time taken dispersed to nearby enemies”.

or something along those lines, just a way to redirect damage that can’t be mitigated by armor to nearby enemies, as well as help to deal with things as an all rounder defense skill.
