Suggestion for Minions

please make it so we resummon the minion our cursor is hovering on, or at least make the skill target the lowest health minion. i’m having to cycle through 8 skeletons to get to the low health one and it doesn’t feel good. thanks, awesome game :slight_smile:

There’s been a lot of debate about this. Numerous threads.

I’ve run minions on a lot of various runs and for a while I was always a bit peeved that resuming one of my skeletons wouldn’t refresh the lowest health one, but then after a good bit of leveling various acolytes, I realized they have two types of minions. I kind of call it Disposable and Stayed. You’ve got minions you want to ‘nurture’ and then you have some you want to just throw out there.

I think the way the game is designed you’re not actually SUPPOSED to re-summon the disposable ones (and I definitely feel skeletons fall into this category - generally.) Your supposed to let them die and then re-summon them. I think it’s a very deliberate play style LE has implemented in order to facilitate one of the mechanics that is all over the acolyte skill trees, “sacrificing” (not the skill itself) minions for more power.

Purely my way of seeing it but once I realized that, trying to keep my skeletons ‘alive’ became less frustrating.

basically this, they have continued to make it obvious they do NOT like perm minions on acolyte
