The current trade system is uncomfortable and doesn’t work well.
I suggest:
Make trading the default for everyone and save people from this weird situation where a player got an item and has to wait 3-5 days farming “favor” to sell it.
But if someone does not want to have anything to do with trade, then leave them a faction with increased loot and prohibit entry to the bazaar when they join the “Circle of Fortune”.
Make all types of equipment available from one NPC like in MMORPG. And for players not to crowd at one NPC you can make them 3 or 5 with the same functions. This will remove the effect of empty space and greatly improve the quality of life because now you have to run among 20 NPCs wasting time.
Personally, I don’t see any downsides to these changes. At the same time it will allow the game and trade to function normally and comfortably for all.

The trade faction should not exist at all. It’s written in my post. Did you read it properly?
Why do you need faction and requirements if it’s going to be available to everyone?
Because then everyone (except people that don’t like trade) would simply buy all the gear from the bazaar and then switch to CoF for the big drops.
CoF was created exactly to give players that don’t like to trade an equal standing. If they do what you suggest, then trade is the meta again and non-traders are left in the same spot they are in PoE: up a **** creek with no paddle.
I did, have you read any of the threads about trade/CoF? Many people don’t like ttade.
Because the devs realise that not everyone like trade so they want to not fuck over the non-traders by forcing them to suck up the shity drops that traders get because they have access to trade. This is why the two factions exist. Please read EHG’s post announcing the faction system.
