Improve the Frost Claw Passive Skill Node “Frozen Reign” by upgrading its MANA reduction from -3 to -5 to make it on par with the MANA reduction from spark of celerity, but gate keep it behind 3 points in rending cascade like the cold and calculating node or simply place it behind the cold and calculating node and reduce the rending cascade needed for cold and calculating by 1 point.
Reason:
It is sad that Frost Claw, an Ice/Cold damage skill, is literally worse as a cold skill than it is as a fire or lightning skill simply because you can not MANA maintain it unless you get to the MANA efficiency node behind the damage conversion. The only way it could compete in its intended cold damage form for cryomages is if the MANA reduction kept behind its ice skill nodes would actually be useful. it’s sad that the ice MANA reduction is actively debuffing you and still doesn’t work well enough to due to its low reduction.
