Suffix Dodge while Evade Range and Crafting "Name" wrong

The new Mod on boots:
“+X Dodge Rating while Using Evade
X% increased Dodge Rating”
has a bugged name in the Forge (to craft the mod), it shows as 760.
In addition, the Range for the Dodge Rating while Using Evade mod is in % while showing a whole number.
