Stucked at the loading screen until setting the graphic to very low

I found out I could only play the game by setting the general graphic setting to very low.
Otherwise the game stucked at the loading screen.
After entering the game I can change the graphic setting back to any other option and still can play before closing it.
This happens very consistently to me, everytime I play I needed to fiddle with the graphic setting.
Hope it helps others to open the game.

I tested more and found out it was the AO graphic setting causing the problem.
To replicate the problem I needed to create a new character and turn AO to low or higher.
My graphic card is GTX 1660 OC.
I guess it was my GPU couldn’t handle the real time AO if there is any.
