Stuck when loading into zones with Reaper form

Expected: To load into Welryn Storeroom
What happened: Area didn’t load and I was placed in some twilight zone. Happened twice in a row, third time I got into the zone and completed my quest, but on my way out it stuck me out of bounds in Ruins of Welryn.


This is what it looked like - top part is Storeroom, bottom part is loading out of bounds.

I’m playing a Lich and was in Reaper Form and had Wandering Spirits on autocast (numlock) active in all cases.

Edit: Now the same happened in The Ruined College 3 times in a row.

only managed to load in successfully with Wandering spirits and reaper form both disabled.
