During the quest The Immortal Empire I’ve defeated the Imperial Commander from the top of the ledge to the right of boss location, by placing totems from above. Then I could not talk to the NPC to progress the quest.
After teleporting to town and back, the boss has appeared, died, but I still couldn’t progress.
After logging out and in, the boss was missing, but appeared once I’ve approached the NPC, everything is ok afterwards
