Stuck on quest "The Admiral's Dreadnaught"

Currently in the Risen Lake and just defended the Seer from the attack. After the attack the quest just says to travel west to Thetima, but there is no way to go west? I’ve explored the entire map, reloaded the game, defended the Seer a couple more times from the attackers, but there seems to be no way forward…

If you follow the quest marker it’ll lead you towards the exit to the next zone. From the Seer you need to go east then north then west.


You start at 1 byt the Seer & then go anti-clockwise to the exit in the top left.
