I believe the name of topic and the picture itself is enough to explain the glitch.
It happened in one of the echoes in The Black Sun Monolith.
Happened twice after i lounged to monster on that particular bridge and ended up in that place where u can get dmg from some aoe skills of monsters but u cant dash out. I could kill them with warpath tho.
only portal helped me leave but lost echoes and when i got back there again it happened again… haha i hope that helps u out fixing it in future
