Stuck on loading screen

I have installed the game on my new PC and I now don’t get beyond the loading screen when starting a new character.

Also, clicking on Enter Game on an existing character does nothing.

This is a fresh install on a new PC that should be more than capable of playing this game.

Is there something I should do to get this game to work?

Same issue new motherboard, RAM, SSD and stuck on loading screen and it’s not my hardware unless a 4090 isn’t capable of running the game lol.

Have you tried running the game with VPN on? I had also something similar. It would run with VPN no problem,but with no VPN would stuck at character and/or loading screen.
