I’ve having this issue for a long time, I fail to start the echo, the loading echo have been running more than an hour and it can’t even start. I can provide a video if needed. I feel so bad because it means that I am not able to play this character anymore if I can’t start any echo.
Same here, every 3 echoes or so it just keeps loading screen forever. ESC menu works but I can’t do anything with it, so shut down LE via task manager is my only option and it’s frustrating.

Try verifying Steam game file integrity for Last Epoch. It often helps with these stuck loading issues
