After completing the third monolith i went on to the next one the blood death monolith after getting there i could not activate the waypoint neither could i start the monolith. Game tells me its locked. So i went on to the storm monolith (5th) same problem thou. Cant activate wp and tells me its locked error LE-64. Did campaign until visit harbour quest after getting heorot’s blessing.
I basically have the same error on my favorite character.
I made a new one till they somehow fix it but its annoying as i cannot continue endgame
Same issue here, cannot advance further into monolith quests. Finished “Fall of the Outcasts”, “The Stolen Lance”, and “The Black Sun” (repeatedly now), have “Monolith: Ending the Storm” and “Monolith: Blood, Frost and Death” quests both in my qest log but somehow am barred from accessing their respective quest echoes/timelines. Both just say “Server: [LE-64: Timeline Is Locked]” when I try. Please fix this.

I also have this issue on one of my guys. Summited a bug report and was told they were aware of the issue and it would be fixed in the near future. That was about two months ago.
Has anyone come up with a solution?
i have been told twice that they are aware and a fix would be out in the near future,
