Stuck in Werebear form, shapeshift ability disappeared from bar, cleared hotbar

Hi Guys,

I potentially found a glitch:

What went wrong?

After teleporting from Monlit Shrine to The Coral pools in werebear form, the shapeshift ability disappeared completely from the bar and there’s a blank hotkey now.

When coming out of form, all skills got cleared from hotbar

This bug looks similar:

Druid form's/skills cleared

The druid form’s are clearing skills from action bar.

But it didn’t mention that the shapeshift ability got lost during teleporting.

p.s.: I can consistently reproduce this while hopping around in mentioned area, sometimes swipe gets duplicated instead of having a blank skill:
