Hello, we are a good number of players who cannot leave the Lotus Halls to enter the Sanctum Bastille :
After activating the two pillars with the orbs, the bridge does not appear.
What can we do ?
Would be nice to have some feedbacks on this game-breaking bug.

The core of the issue seems to be tied to having a character whose quest state pre-patch was at the āEnter the Sanctum Bastilleā objective or further in the āRuined Templeā quest, yet did not have access to the new versions of the Temple of Eterra zones beyond the Lotus Halls via waypoint or otherwise.
We have created a failsafe such that being in the Lotus Halls with the āEnter the Sanctum Bastilleā objective either active or completed will automatically open access to the next zone and register the new events in the Lotus Halls as completed. This failsafe is planned to be included in an upcoming hotfix.
