Stuck in The Barren Aqueduct behind a chest

I used Shield Rush, to Run arround and somehow i get behind a chest in an dead end.
No way back possible.

I tried it three times in a Row and get every time behind the chest, if using Shield Rush.

The Barred Aqueduct

Only way back is using Travel.
