I have been attempting to view this build in IE and have gotten “Please Wait” despite all attempts to access.

You are referring to Dammitt’s Build Planner… EHG has nothing to do with this. Its all @Dammitt
From a quick check tho… You cannot use Internet Explorer with the the build planner - the browser is far too old… At minimum you need to use Microsoft Edge or Firefox/ Chrome.
If you are using one of the recommended browsers and its not working, then you may have to clear your cache and attempt to reload it again.
