offline mode works just fine but if I try to play online - cannot load into the game. I have been trying consistently since launch.

update: I turned off my VPN and I was able to log in.

it’s complete bs that you must disable vpn to play it, i use vpn on every one of my devices, this should be remedied immediately
Have this problem too. Occasionally, when choosing a Character, it issues an LE-65. But when the city is loaded, at the stage of further loading, the loading screen just hangs and that’s it.
Таже самая проблема. Изредко при выборе перса выдает LE-65. Но когда загружается город, на этапе дальнейшей загрузки просто висит загрузочный экран и все на этом.
в итоге пришлось попробовать разные сервера, как понял на большинстве все нормально кроме западного евросервера(EU West are problem’s) именно на нем у меня лучший пинг и данная проблема с загрузкой.
