I have completed the 6 quests in keepers camp

After i killed some guy on a dragon and talked to the flower guy my quests ended leaving me stranded in the keepers camp. Nothing showed me that i should go to the ruined era to the crumbling ruins. Guys in global chat said that the flower guy should open a portal or something that would lead me to the ruined era. I had to click the ruined era tab and press the crumbling ruins waypoint to progress.
