Stuck in Act 10 - Farsight Turtle will not carry me to the "Garden"

Cannot proceed further in to Act 10 due to bug with the Far Sight Turtle. Current main quest objective is to “Escape the Draal → Enter the Garden”.

Can click the turtle to produce dialogue “When you with so return to the Garden, simply climb upon my shell.” I have never been to the garden, do not have the fast travel node unlocked, and cannot hop on its shell to proceed. The only option is to Leave.

I am experiencing the same issue.

I also have this exact problem. When I first talked to the turtle it made me download an update, and when I got back, this happened.

If you can get someone to let you tp to them in the garden you can fix this but it would require someone who has progressed that far to help you. I got lucky that someone helped me this morning.

Same issue. Tried everything to fix, restarting client, leaving the zone and coming back.

Same issue here. I also tried to level up to 60 because The Garden is a lvl60 zone, but still nothing.

Hi everyone, I’m currently stuck on the turtle quest – the NPC tells me to climb on its shell, but it doesn’t work for me (seems bugged). Would anyone who has already completed this part be kind enough to party up and pull me through? I’d really appreciate the help!

Also same issue. And the suggested work around to have someone port you does nothing for SSF players unfortunately.

Hi Also stuck here on my seasons character.
Reported the bug in game also and linked this page.

Did some restarts but no succes. Also leveled a bit higher tot lvl 63 but that does not matter.

Then i logged on my legacy chatater lvl 100. blasted to it and when i got to the turtle i instant could see the yellow marker and got the next town, stopped there because don’t want to play the last bif of chapter 10 on my legacy dude tbh…

So i hope this gets fixed beacuse have to be honest… this really sucks and puts a big L so far on my experience.

Seems i am not the only one so fingers crossed i guess.
