Two issues:

Stuck in a spot(around where player is standing in second picture, but the player is not currently stuck in said picture), likely to do with synchronized strike. Happens semi-frequently. Usually able to get unstuck in monoliths by using synchronized strike or shift. However, in the past when I am stuck in this specific bossfight(abomination) I have been unable to get out. When I was stuck, I could not use shift, dancing strikes or synchronized strikes in any direction. I was still able to use smoke screen and shadow cascade, as well as potions. Move to melee attack enemies that are out of range is not enabled.

After killing the abomination(same instance and fight, killed the boss while still stuck in place), I used T to portal out of the altar of flesh, then I used T again to portal out of the fall of the outcasts monolith area. The return portal left in the end of time starting area took me back to the altar of flesh. The animation for the bossfight starting played again, but nothing spawned and the dialogue to select a timeline and receive a blessing was no longer there. The portal that I placed down with T in the screenshot does not work(nothing happens when I click it), and there is no open portal button, meaning I had to relog to leave the instance.
The first issue is much more annoying than the second as it happens semi-frequently, particularly with the movement from synchronized strike.
Long shot, but I would like to request a /unstuck command or something similar that attempts to teleport the player to nearby walkable spot.
