After taking a portal back to Imperial Thetima from The End of Time I appeared in a different location to where I came from, I couldn’t move from this spot.
Sorry about this! Can you post a screenshot of the approximate area you opened the portal from in Imperial Thetima? A log file would be helpful as well.

No need for the apology, unfortunately this happened to me at work and I don’t have access to that machine right now, If it happens again I’ll include logs.
