Stuck after Deep Harbor - Please Help

Hi,
After the Quest “Passage through Deep Harbor” i logged out. Now i have to do “Liath an Thetima” but there is no waypoint.
How do i get to Aera Thetima? i find no Way

Teleport to the closest waypoint and walk from there.

but how, all Waypoint are locked. Which area is connected to?

Problem solved. Can be closed

had the same issues on launch day, had to spend a while backtracking on quest history to find the portal, this quest needs more indications to find the entry point
