With Javelin and the Divine Throws node that converts Javelin to lightning damage and also replaces the physical tag with the lightning tag, the chance to shock on lightning hit from Stormtide should also apply shock on Javelin hit. However, testing this ingame shows clearly that it does not apply. I then used my lightning converted Smite that also has the lightning tag, and it does apply shock on hit. I’m not sure if Stormtide’s shock on hit is meant to specify with spells, or that Javelin’s lightning tag is bugged, but eitherway it isn’t working.
Also, Javelin has Siege Barrage node enabled, if that makes any difference with the interaction.
