"Storm Breath" in "Summon Storm Crows"

At 3/3, Storm Breath node in Summon Storm Crows have :

Damage Per Shock Stack : +6%
Maximum Damage : 90%

You can’t reach the maximum damage with this value, because the maximum stack is 10, was 20 before 0.9.0

i see someone got to it before i did… yeah this skill nodes inconsistency didn’t catch my attention til i was already at the bone ship and about to start spec’ing into it. not sure if worth compared to other nodes now.

@B_o_b_y I’m pretty sure this is intentional. If you take Frigid Wings and change Storm Crows to cold, you will convert Shock to Frostbite which stacks indefinitely and can reach the damage cap.

So this node is basically saying “For each point: 20% damage multiplier for lightning crows, 30% multiplier for cold”.
