Storm Bolt doesn't proc when converted to cold (with Frostbringer node) using Maelstrom

When Stormbolt’s element has been converted to cold via “Frostbringer” node, it stops proccing through Maelstrom with the “Power of the Storm” node.

Here is a sample video using both nodes I mentioned above, as you can see, there’s no Stormbolt coming down on enemies:

Here is a sample video when I don’t have Gathering Storm specialized, as you can see there’s immediate result where the Stormbolt is already proccing:

Here is a sample video if I have Gathering Storm specialized but DO NOT have the Frostbringer node, and it continues to proc just fine:

Yeah, I think its bugged…

It does proc when converted to cold, it’s just the gfx for cold conversion are very difficult to see. If you try it on the training dummies you can see the cold explosion but it’s impossible to see during combat especially with cold converted Spirit Thorns.
