It is immersion breaking and frankly annoying - one ad right after jumping into game might be fine (it’s not imho, but if you had to), but mid-echo seeing out of place ad for MTX is plain annoying. Especially that I’ve already purchased the wolven legend pack, please stop, LP is a premium game not a F2P.

If you utilise chat, maybe, but my chat box is always empty as I don’t, so it is intrusive when it suddenly appeared. And in a premium game, an ad for MTX during gameplay is simply wrong. POE doesn’t do it and it’s F2P and solely rely on MTX to survive (yes poe2 is currently not free as it’s in beta), and not even D4 does it.
Edit: Just to be clear I am not talking about that 2 liner ad with an x on top right of the chatbox, I’m talking about the msg “Check out the brand new… for season 2” that appears in chatbox during gameplay just like a chat msg.
They do when there’s a sale on.
Agree, if my chat is off I don’t wanna see any adv. This is annoying.
