I’m also still waiting for my Steam key. I sent the email over 4 hours ago and still no response.

It is fixed now. Let’s have some have fun! Just repeat the steps needed.
I also received an email from support that it is OK. Now it also sits in Steam library. Meanwhile I’ve already downloaded it through alpha client. I guess I need to download it only once, right?
It is not. Or at least not for everyone…
Can’t believe they didn’t try it before launching the beta.

It’s not fixed.
Still no Steam key, still no reply from support, and the Alpha/Beta launcher doesn’t work properly (download time is 1-2 days), not to mention the launcher itself is no longer available for download.

As for getting steam key try clearing internet cache doing the process while not logged in to either steam or Last Epoch.
Go figure : people can’t read an email or the forum or a Discord pin so the company gets the bad reputation…
I tried on 2 different browsers. Now I get this:

Last night I got nothing. No it is not in my steam library. Yes I cleared caches.
I even tried it on the wretched Edge which I never use so there could not be anything in cache.

And by people you mean those that claim that everything works, and can’t read how others bring up facts that contradict it and how support doesn’t help?
EDIT: At least the download speed issue with the Beta Launcher has been fixed for now.

Hello I still have not had an answer to my first email about my key steam, the page is empty so I can not enjoy my access to beta, I find it sad because I participated on the kickstarter more than a year ago, thank you for doing the necessary.

Still didn’t give you or anyone else a right to off off your rockers over not having the key available for a few, what, minutes? Hours? Because you didn’t refresh a page or clear your browser cache?
