The Steam startup logo appears when I turn the game on, but then it shuts down and takes me back to the LE library page. It happens in Desktop mode, too. I reinstalled and it worked again last night. This morning it was bugged again.
I’ve played it for years on my Steam Deck with no issues. This just started happening on June 5th.
Something happened today and this makes Steam Deck unable to launch LE - it’s affecting everyone with a Steam Deck.
Only workaround so far seems to be, to use Proton 8.0-5. It has some Text Fontsize weirdness, but it can launch the game. (You can find Proton Version under Game Settings - Properties - Compatability - ‘Force the use of a specific compatability tool’).
