Stationary Attack with Dancing Strikes only works on "Point and Click" control scheme

Tied to the behaviour added to dancing strikes where:

Players can now prevent Dancing Strikes’ movement by aiming within a short distance around the character.

From what I can tell, this only works in the point and click movement scheme. I’d expect that when using either WASD or Gamepad, if the movement direction wasn’t being held down, then it should perform a stationary attack instead.

Seconding. I primarily play with a gamepad and was hoping for stationary dancing strikes, but it always moves.
