It doesn’t feel like this node is working properly. It occasionally casts lightning blast but most of the time it casts its regular Zap node and rarely casts Lightning blast.
I’ve been trying to run a flame ward/zap/static orb build where i use the static orb to empower the lightning blast casts by my zap overload node but it doesn’t cast the spell.
I’ve been trying running around seeing if it would proc on its own and it just doesn’t proc and cast the spell and only does regular zaps instead of casting lightning blast.
